We will cover optimal posture and simple techniques to enhance your alignment and reduce chronic pain.
In the nutrition segment of the workshop, we will discuss avenues for eating a healthy diet, along with effective meal planning techniques for even the busiest of schedules.
The sleep section of the workshop focuses on the impact of quality sleep on your overall well being.

2. Take a Stand for Posture
This fun, interactive and hands-on workshop explores the impact of sedentary lifestyle and hunched over posture on our physical and emotional health. In this presentation Aesha will share her personal journey dealing with chronic lower back pain and her BRACE model to correct posture. You will learn:
-Posture assessments.
-Simple tips for improving posture, reducing stress, and integrating movement into your workday.
-Wisdom of ancient postures.
-Physiology of hunched posture.
-Hunched posture and its burden on emotions.
No equipment is required!
3. Eating on the Go
Learn how to eat the foods you love through the art of mindful eating. This workshop will empower you to create a balanced and healthy approach to their food choices, enhance their awareness of hunger and satiety cues, and foster a more mindful approach to eating.
About the Presenter- Aesha is an exercise physiologist, human movement specialist and a nutritionist. Leveraging almost a decade of experience in the exercise industry Aesha, facilitates fun and engaging wellness training and workshops. She loves seeing the empowering transformations in clients through her programs. In addition to offering corporate workshops, she is a keynote speaker.
