This passive park contains the Historic Moland House which dates back to 1754. The house was used for the Neshaminy Encampment when George Washington and the troops stayed on the property. Guided tours of the Moland House are available between 1 PM and 4 PM on the second Sunday of every month and additionally on the fourth Sunday between April and October. The Gayman Library is open to all WTHS members during the open house and by appointment. There is a nature trail that is approximately a mile long. There are 15 spots along the trail that provide information about the local flora and fauna. It can be walked as one complete trail or two short trails. There is also a picnic grove where you can come and enjoy lunch in a historic setting. For more information, go to www.moland.org.
