9:30 AM - 10:30 AM    Introduction to TRE (Tension, Trauma, Release Exercises) - Intro. to TRE
Release stress. Restore Balance. Reconnect with yourself. TRE uses a set of simple, gentle exercises designed to release the body's natural tremor response.  The nervous system will release deep muscular tension, trauma, and stress that it has stored in the body, returning it back to its natural state of feeling calm and grounded.  It can also help release anxiety and improve sleep.  No prior experience is needed.  Whether you are carrying the stress of everyday life or looking for a powerful self-care practice, this class offers a safe, supportive space to experience your body's natural ability to heal and reset.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Code Yogis - Code Yogis: Competitive Programming September
Code Yogis is a multi-level program aimed at instilling interest and understanding for technology at a young age.  Focusing on several  aspects of modern tech including, coding, robotics, circuity and AI, the program provides an opportunity for learning that isn't present in public schooling.  With hands-on learning, fun projects and team activities, Code Yogis can help school-age kids find their calling and pave the way for a career in the growing tech industry. Code Yogis: Robotics  (Sundays at 1:30 PM in the Main Meeting Room) (Not Currently Offered)This program is a multi-month program focused on helping school-age kids learn the benefits of robotics, a flourishing branch of computer science. Members will learn to build robots using Olympic-grade robotic equipment, program them, and experiment with various sensors, diverse projects, and more. This team-oriented program fosters collaboration, engineering, programming, and fun! The one-of-a-kind experience will prepare kids for robotics/AI careers, computer science jobs, and Olympic robotics teams. Participants will also participate in the robotics competition season from late fall to winter, allowing them to showcase their robotics engineering skills in the national FIRST LEGO LEAGUE competition. * A non-refundable, one-time equipment fee of $50.00 is due to the instructor on the first day of the program* Code Yogis: Coding Fundamentals Gold (Sundays at 1:30 in the Main Meeting Room, (Returning February 2026 through April 2026!)This program focuses on laying a strong foundation for technology and future coding. With a basic understanding of hardware, circuitry, and electricity, kids can go on to obtain sensory knowledge and sharp analytical thinking skills. Scratching the surface of coding with MIT Scratch allows for a strong foundation in computer programming in an easy way for kids to understand. Expanding further with Pseudocode and diagrammatic programming students can learn the concepts of data, conditions and procedures to ensure their success in any tech concept they may pick up in the future. This 3-month program is the foundation for robotics, machine learning, and software, and prepares kids for any future endeavors in technology. This program is set to run monthly. Should participants wish to participate in the entire program, they must register for each month individually!   Code Yogis: Advanced Programming Platinum (Sundays at 2:30 PM in the Main Meeting Room, New Session Beginning March 2026!) The "Platinum" program, allows school-age kids to continue in their mastery of computer programming skills with industry-grade coding languages such as Python, Javascript, and HTML. Moving past basic concepts covered in Code Yogis' "Gold" program, Code Yogis' Advanced Programming Platinum focuses on advanced topics such as Object-Oriented programming, Web design, and game design. This 9-month program will not only expand your child's knowledge base and comfort zone in technology and programming, but also help accelerate cognitive thinking, problem-solving abilities, and analytical processing.  Each month, your child will be independently developing advanced-level games and apps all while having fun with like-minded peers! Sign up today to put your child on the path toward stronger technological understanding and professionalism. This program is set to run monthly beginning in March and continue through December, with a break in July.  Should participants wish to participate in all 9 months, they must register for each month individually. Code Yogis Web Technologies (Fridays in the Main Meeting Room from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM) (Not Currently Offered) In this hands-on, advanced course, we will cover the fundamentals of the web, incorporating modern artificial intelligence (AI) integrations and tools. Students will explore how the internet functions—from clients and servers to packets and browsers. They'll learn the building blocks of modern websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages, then bring it all together to create interactive web pages. Along the way, students will experiment with real-world Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)—including beginner-level AI APIs—and gain a foundational understanding of web and cybersecurity. By the end of this five-month course, they'll have the skills to build their own custom websites and web apps and understand what makes the web tick. This program is set to run monthly beginning in September and continue through January.  Should participants wish to participate in all 5 months, they must register for each month individually.*NEW PROGRAM  STARTING IN JUNE!*Competitive Programming (Fridays in the Main Meeting Room from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM)Our Competitive Programming course is our most advanced program, designed for students ready to apply their technical knowledge to real-world problem solving and competition. Building on skills from earlier Code Yogis programs, students will focus on algorithmic thinking, mathematical logic, and efficient programming techniques. Unlike traditional programs that center around projects, this course is structured around ongoing practice and regular competition opportunities. Each week, students will work through challenging problems, learn new strategies, and strengthen their ability to think critically under time constraints. These skills will be applied during monthly "contest nights" where students participate in live online programming competitions using global platforms. This program prepares students for advanced competition opportunities, including the USA Computing Olympiad and the Congressional App Challenge, fostering valuable experience for future college admissions and careers in AI and STEM.(This program is set to run on a monthly basis, so participants will need to register at the start of each month.)
